Addressing a challenge via Design Thinking

Public: everybody concerned by the business challenge and who has already practiced Design Thinking.
Content: 90 minutes presentation followed by sub-groups practical exercises building the team, unfolding Design Thinking phases, practicing each phase thoroughly with a focus on the defined challenge. Workshop includes body coaching, advanced user search, immersion in the user’s environment, deeper observation, advanced prototyping, testing and integration of user’s feedback ending with a final presentation in front of a public. Several coaches specialized in user search, sociology, anthropology and semiology might be present function of the complexity and difficulty of the challenge.
