Two days

Design Thinking training – Advanced

Goal: exercise all the Design Thinking phases deeply with more focus on the three first phases.
Public:
everybody who has already practiced Design Thinking.
Content: group workshop addressing a challenge common to all. Theory presentation followed by sub-groups practical exercises unfolding Design Thinking phases Understand, Observe, Synthesis/Point Of View, Prototype and Test. The workshop is built to exercise all the Design Thinking phases including several techniques for team building and best practices usages to address the challenge and creating a profound Design Thinking experience for all.

N days

Addressing a challenge via Design Thinking

Goal: use Design Thinking to address an already defined business challenge such as project management, digital transformation, Big Data,…
Public: everybody concerned by the business challenge and who has already practiced Design Thinking.
Content:
90 minutes presentation followed by sub-groups practical exercises building the team, unfolding Design Thinking phases, practicing each phase thoroughly with a focus on the defined challenge. Workshop includes body coaching, advanced user search, immersion in the user’s environment, deeper observation, advanced prototyping, testing and integration of user’s feedback ending with a final presentation in front of a public. Several coaches specialized in user search, sociology, anthropology and semiology might be present function of the complexity and difficulty of the challenge.

Three days

How to learn and understand a start-up creation

Goal: help to understand, create and develop an activity.
Public: entrepreneurs.
Content: learn and understand how to start-up an activity, creating a business plan, know what is a value proposition, what is a business model, knowing the market and its competitors, the Lean start-up approach, the minimum viable product and building the budget.
Training is composed of theory and practical exercises. Each phase is followed by a group work in the Design Thinking way in order to practice and build each part ending with a final presentation and delivering a pitch describing the start-up, its mission, its environment in order to convince the public to invest in it.
